Our Journey Begins

Hello everyone,

As we present the very first edition of our magazine ‘Nirmaan Green’, it feels only fitting to begin this journey by sharing the story behind it. A story rooted in legacy, experience and an evolving vision of the future of construction.

Our journey began in 1990, when my father laid the foundation of ‘Radhika Construction Company’. What started as a modest development on our ancestral plot in Dombivli soon turned out into something much larger. One real estate project led to another and through dedication, integrity and relentless effort, the construction business steadily flourished. It was more than a business. It was a commitment to building spaces that people could call home.

Growing up around construction sites and drawings naturally shaped my path. In 2007, I graduated as a Civil Engineer and stepped into the professional world, where I worked until 2020. My core interests have always been Structural Engineering and Cost Management – two pillars that determine not only how a structure stands, but how efficiently it is realized.

Over the years, I had the privilege of working with prestigious organisations such as Epicons, IPS-Mehtalia and Shapoorji Pallonji. These experiences strengthened my technical expertise and broadened my understanding of large-scale engineering practices.

In July 2024, carrying forward both legacy and learning, we found ‘NGEB’ – Nirmaan Green Engineering Private Limited, with a primary focus on Structural Engineering services. As we progressed, our vision expanded. By late 2025, we diversified into Green Building Consultancy and Construction, with a strong focus on sustainable and alternative construction technologies.

Our exploration into innovative solutions such as EPS panels and Puff panels marks just the beginning of our commitment to environmentally responsible construction practices. We believe the future of construction lies not only in strength and scale – but in sustainability and smart resource use.

It is from this belief that ‘Nirmaan Green’ is born.

This magazine is envisioned as a collaborative platform for the entire Green Building ecosystem comprising of architects, structural engineers, sustainability consultants, material innovators, contractors, researchers and visionaries. Our aim is to bring together diverse stakeholders to share ideas, exchange perspectives and collectively shape the future of sustainable construction.

We plan to publish this magazine monthly, featuring four insightful articles from four different professionals. By presenting varied viewpoints and ideologies, we hope to offer readers a well-rounded understanding of the evolving Green Building landscape.

More than a publication, ‘Nirmaan Green’ is an initiative to nurture dialogue, innovation and community within sustainable construction. We sincerely hope this magazine enriches your journey into sustainable building technologies.
