Girish Marathe is a second generation result-driven entrepreneur operating out of Dombivli and its vicinity. He is a qualified Civil Engineer and Structural with over 17 years of versatile experience in the construction industry.
Having worked with reputed organizations like Shapoorji Palonji, Mr.Marathe has proven expertise in project management and structural design complemented by a
deep understanding of regulatory standards and client needs. Experience of being involved with projects at ITPO-Delhi, Lupin-Vizag, Bajaj-Chakan etc. has toughened him as a professional in steering complex projects from conception to completion while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and efficiency.
Functioning in the capacity of Director-Operations since 2020, Mr.Marathe has been instrumental in growing the family business venture, Radhika Constructions. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, ‘Nirmaan Green Engineering Buildings’ is the brainchild of Mr.Marathe to promote eco-friendly building materials for modular construction and pre-fabricated structures.
